A policy announcement is not proof that a new stay rule is effective

The Department of Consular Affairs publishes nationality and travel-document lists for visa exemption, bilateral exemption and visa on arrival. The accessible list predates the May 2026 transition notice, so use it as the official list surface without copying a country list or stay duration into this page.

Thailand e-Visa has one official application route
The Department of Consular Affairs points applicants to the official Thailand e-Visa service on thaievisa.go.th. An application route does not guarantee approval, processing time, permitted stay or admission at the border.

The digital arrival card is not a visa decision
